Persistent Pain and What to do About it

I’m so glad you’ve taken the plunge and are embarking on this self-paced program to manage your pain. I’ll be guiding you step-by-step through various strategies you can use to help with this objective. I’ve organized the material into 3 videos per week with accompanying homework, but you can take as much or as little time per week as you feel necessary. I’ve also added a list of additional resources for further education and guidance – feel free to use them as you see fit.

If you’re new to mindfulness and meditation, I’d recommend taking a quick read through the meditation resources before the start of the program.

I’ve also included additional resources to supplement the material from the program, in case it leaves you wanting more.
